James o. Wyre II
Attorney at law for 23 years.
Hi, I'm James Wyre.
My approach is to try to make a difficult process less scary and stressful. I sell stress relief as much as debt relief. My judgement-free, one-on-one personal approach starts with the understanding of how stressful, challenging and complex bankruptcy can be for you. Then I identify the best options for your unique situation. This is not a cookie cutter law practice, but one focused on people.
As an attorney, I practice exclusively in bankruptcy. For the past 23+ years I have been practicing bankruptcy law in Arkansas, providing my clients with personal consultations, handling major appointments and court hearings personally, and I am actively referring people to attorneys in many different areas for my clients that might also need affordable and quality CPAs, divorce attorneys, social security attorneys, or other such professionals in the area. I refer the more time intensive chapter 13 bankruptcy cases to highly qualified attorneys I have personally researched.
Bankruptcy law can be complex and daunting. You are already under a lot of pressure and stress. So, my goal is to assure you that there is a way out of debt while I fight for the best possible option to get you on the right path to financial health.
Your initial consultation is always at no-obligation to continue with my services. Then, I will provide you with a written quote for my services based on your unique case. Per 11 U.S.C. § 528(a)(3), we are a debt relief agency. We help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.

An Honest Bankruptcy Attorney for Honest People.
Client Forms
For most cases, the new bankruptcy code requires proof of filing for the 4 most recent tax years. Regardless of whether you are planning on filing for Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy, you can get a head start by requesting those transcripts as soon as possible as the IRS response time can be very slow.

As you may have noticed, the US is no longer a functioning republic and the country is suffering terribly from this failure at the political level. Once I had my 4th child, I felt that I had to return to political research and find out what was happening after years of being absorbed in business and childraising for his sake and for all of my children and yours.
